Description

Thermal shock and impact are the two biggest threats to any wine glass, and the Loire Wine Glass 230ml is built with both in mind, using a fully tempered glass composition rated up to six times stronger than standard stemware. Its rounded bowl and slender stem hold a fuller 230ml pour without losing the classic wine glass look, and the surface takes an etched logo well, holding up to daily commercial dishwashing far better than a pad printed finish.

Tempered Glass. Crafted from a fully tempered glass composition, this stemware is up to six times stronger than standard non-tempered glass, with strong resistance to impact shattering and thermal shock. If broken under extreme stress, it fractures into small, blunt cubes instead of long, jagged shards, increasing venue safety and speeding up staff cleanup.

Print, Decal or Etch?

Every glass item we sell can be branded three ways.

Pad print is the workhorse and the pricing on this page. Logo pad printed on, cured in a low fire oven, done. The trade-off is wash care. Low fire prints aren't dishwasher safe, so this is the pick for giveaways and gifts, not the back bar.

Decal is what you order when the glasses are going into a commercial dishwasher. The decal is kiln fired at high temperature and fuses into the glass itself, so it's guaranteed dishwasher safe. It costs more than pad print, and for venue glassware it's worth every cent. Talk to our team for decal pricing.

Laser etching is the premium finish, priced on this page alongside pad print. The logo is etched into the glass for a frosted look that can't fade or wash off because it isn't sitting on the surface at all. Dishwasher safe, permanent, and our recommendation for wine glasses and gift sets.
