About Us

GlasswareOnly is a promotional glassware supplier based in Lane Cove, Sydney. We are part of the PromotionsOnly group and we do one thing: custom branded glassware. Beer glasses, wine glasses, shot glasses, champagne flutes, highballs, decanters and polycarbonate drinkware for venues, all decorated with your logo or design.

We have been supplying branded glassware under the PromotionsOnly banner since 2003. In that time we have shipped more than 4,000 orders and put over 1,000,000 branded glasses into circulation across Australia, from Melbourne to Brisbane to Perth and everywhere in between.

What we do

We handle the full process of getting your artwork onto glass. That covers printing, etching and engraving across the entire range, from budget conference glasses through to premium wine glasses and decanters. Decoration is carried out by specialist glass decorators, and we manage the artwork setup, proofing and quality checks on every order. You approve exactly what will appear on the glass before anything goes into production.

Standard production time is two weeks. If you have a launch date or event locked in, tell us up front and we will confirm whether your deadline is achievable before you commit.

Who we work with

Our orders range from a few dozen glasses for a small bar opening through to large runs for ASX 200 listed companies, and through the wider PromotionsOnly group that has included brands such as Sony and Westpac. A lot of our repeat work comes from restaurants, pubs, breweries and wineries who want their glassware to match their brand, along with corporate clients ordering for events, gifts and staff milestones. The process is the same whether you are ordering 48 glasses or 4,800.

How we work

We keep the ordering process simple. You can request a sample before committing so you know exactly what the glass feels like in hand. Our artwork team sets up your logo for the decoration method that suits it best, and you sign off on a proof before production begins. Full details are on our artwork policy page. Promotional product resellers are welcome too, with trade discounts available through our reseller application. Once your order ships, it is trackable door to door anywhere in Australia.

Our story

PromotionsOnly began in 2003 in a home office, and outgrew it almost immediately. A first office in North Ryde came next, then a permanent base in Lane Cove in 2005, where we have been ever since. From the day the business launched, our prices were published online, which made us one of the first promotional product companies in Australia to do it, back when the industry standard was making you email or phone for a quote. That commitment to straight answers has not changed. Today the group runs a local Sydney team alongside our own sourcing office in China, can source more than 2 million promotional products, and has completed over 200,000 jobs and 150 million branded products across all its sites. GlasswareOnly is the part of the group that thinks about nothing but glass.

Giving back

Some of what the business earns goes straight back out. For more than 15 years PromotionsOnly has made monthly donations to WWF, Sea Shepherd, Médecins Sans Frontières, World Vision, where we sponsor two children, and Monika's Doggie Rescue here in Sydney. For over a decade we have also supplied the Humpty Dumpty Foundation with product at our cost, or donated it outright.
