The 651ml High Ball Glass is built on Libbey's DuraTuff® thermal process, which strengthens its resistance to mechanical impact and thermal shock well beyond a standard, untreated glass used day to day in busy venues. Deep octagonal panels taper down to a heavy, solid base, and breakage results in large, safer pieces rather than sharp shards. The panelled sides give a confident grip even through heavy condensation. At a generous 651ml, it suits long drinks and cocktails for craft breweries and taprooms.

DuraTuff® Thermal Strengthening. The upper section of this glass goes through a specialised heating and rapid cooling cycle, delivering maximum resistance to mechanical impacts and thermal shock.

Safer Breakage Pattern. If this glass suffers a violent enough impact to drop or crack, thermal tension causes it to fail in large, dull chunks rather than dangerous, microscopic shards that could contaminate a floor or ice well.

Iconic Octagonal Panelling. Classic 8 sided panelling runs around the body of this glass, giving a reliable, non-slip grip even when it's heavily coated in condensation from ice cold drinks.

Heavyweight Solid Base. A dense, heavy glass bottom balances out the tall, large capacity shape of this glass, keeping its centre of gravity low to help prevent table tip-overs.

Print, Decal or Etch?

Every glass item we sell can be branded three ways.

Pad print is the workhorse and the pricing on this page. Logo pad printed on, cured in a low fire oven, done. The trade-off is wash care. Low fire prints aren't dishwasher safe, so this is the pick for giveaways and gifts, not the back bar.

Decal is what you order when the glasses are going into a commercial dishwasher. The decal is kiln fired at high temperature and fuses into the glass itself, so it's guaranteed dishwasher safe. Laser etching is the premium finish, priced on this page alongside pad print. The logo is etched into the glass for a frosted look that can't fade or wash off because it isn't sitting on the surface at all. Dishwasher safe, permanent, and our recommendation for wine glasses and gift sets.
